The Behavioral Health Access and Integration Collaborative is a coordinated county wide initiative that aims to address the socioeconomic and physical barriers to behavioral health access, and creates and implements targeted interventions to increase access entry points. The Collaborative is led by Dr. Anju Mader (Chief Integration Officer), whose position is funded by Aultman Health Foundation, the Stark County Educational Service Center, and Stark County Mental Health and Addiction Recovery. It has an advisory committee whose membership represents the three funders, public health, a commercial healthcare payer, a local foundation, the local children’s hospital, and local behavioral health providers. Stark Mental Health and Addiction Recovery serves as its administrative and fiscal agent.
About the Stark Forum Series:The 2023 Stark Forum Series, produced by the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by AultCare, will address the most critical issue facing business today- our shrinking workforce. Among the topics presented through the four-part series include a state of the workforce, workforce wellness, recruitment and retention, culture and employee experience, and future workforce and talent pipeline.
