The Stark County Women in Business Summit is a full-day experience guided by this year’s theme, The Pearl Effect. Some seasons demand grit; others allow for polish. This summit invites women to reflect on how time and pressure shape leadership and confidence.

This year’s keynote speaker is Renee Powell, a legendary professional golfer and co-owner of Clearview Golf Club. A true pioneer, Renee brings a grounded perspective on perseverance and leading with integrity, shaped by a career spent breaking barriers and redefining what’s possible in both business and life.

The programming of the day will feature conversations focused on grit, mentorship and the experiences that shape how women lead. Together, these sessions explore the seasons that refine us and the relationships that help polish the next generation. The 2026 Women in Business Summit is a place to connect, reflect and leave with confidence for the season ahead. Guests are encouraged to wear black and pearls.
