Start the FY27 Stark County Safety Council season with an important conversation on reducing serious injuries, preventing fatalities and strengthening workplace safety.
Prior to the luncheon program, we’ll take a few moments to celebrate America’s 250th with a special patriotic segment.
Join us July 9 as we welcome Fritz Kin, Principal of J. F. Kin Consulting and former Senior Director of Safety, Security and Process Safety Management at Marathon Petroleum.
Drawing on 27 years at Marathon Petroleum, Fritz will share practical insight on reducing serious injuries and fatalities by focusing on what matters most.
His presentation will explore how safety programs can move beyond traditional models and metrics. Fritz will discuss Behavior-Based Safety and Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles, with a focus on how culture and systems influence behavior.
Attendees will learn how a modern, people-centered approach can help organizations strengthen safety leadership, build resilience and better identify and reduce the risks that can lead to Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIF).
